Arrival, key and your stay
A stay at Zonnen-Alp is a minimum of three nights, and you book directly with Joke. This is how it works, from your request to the key and your arrival in Forstau.
From request to key
Pick your dates
Pick your arrival and departure dates in the calendar on the home page, at least three nights, and send a no-obligation enquiry. You pay nothing online. Availability is subject to confirmation; Joke confirms your dates personally.
A personal reply
Within one day Joke emails you back herself with the final price. It depends on the number of guests and includes the final cleaning and the tourist tax. Only then is the booking confirmed.
The guest guide
After confirmation you receive all practical information and the digital guest guide, with GPS coordinates and all the details.

Arriving in Forstau
The address is Ort 67, 5552 Forstau. You park for free at the house, in a private parking space. The apartment is on the first floor (one flight up) of a detached house; you share only the entrance with the owners.
What to expect
Ready for you
Bed linen and towels, a child’s cot and a high chair, a washing machine and a ski room.
Not possible
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, and there is no electric-car charging at the house.
Nearby
Restaurants from 500 metres, Hofer and Billa 5 kilometres away, Penny and MPreis at 6.8 kilometres, and Pichl-Schladming railway station a short drive away.
Good to know
- The minimum stay is three nights.
- You book directly, with no platform or commission in between.
- Included: in the summer season the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card; in winter the ski bus is free with your lift pass.
- From summer 2027 a mobility levy applies, collected with the tourist tax.
- In the summer months Joke is usually in the Netherlands, and in winter often in Forstau.
- The route to the house is also on Google Maps.
